Berry Springs Lodge

Has anyone stayed at the Berry Springs Lodge in Sevierville? I have reservations for November and was wondering if it is as nice as it looks on the internet.

Would I stay at this location again: absolutely!
My husband and I stayed at the Berry Springs Lodge while in Sevierville to get married and spend our honeymoon. The Lodge was beautiful and high on mountain with a great view of the surrounding countryside. We especially enjoyed the mornings with the sun rising up over the mountains to peep into our room each day. It was quiet and serene and calm (something I had not expected with upcoming nuptials). Our host was well informed about the area and gave excellent recommendations for some of the best restaurants I've ever experienced. The area of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are fun and loud and exciting. It was great to escape all that at night and come back to serenity and the Berry Springs Lodge. I will definitely recommend the Lodge to all my friends and family staying in the area.




If you are looking for an absolutely terrific getaway for a romantic or leisurely trip, this is the place the stay. My husband and I went recently for our anniversary and we hated to leave. The innkeepers, Patrick and Sue, took such good care of us. The views are breath-taking and the bedrooms are super clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast gets you off to a right start and evening snacks are a perfect way to end (or start) the evening.

There is quite a lot to do on the property if you don't want to leave it. The lodge is also conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Because you are located in the hills and mountains, you are really away from it all but also within minutes to all the other fun spots.

Again, we highly recommend staying at Berry Springs Lodge. We plan on returning often for rest and will tell everyone we know about our terrific stay. The price is very worthwhile. It was our home away from home!



Everything was beyond expectations. Rooms are spotless with wonderful views. Food & Service excellent. We will return and highly recommend to others.



We just returned from a wonderful and relaxing 2 night stay and the Berry Springs Lodge. The beautiful lodge is located in a rural area just minutes from the bustle of the Parkway, Dollywood and the numerous outlets and restaurants. A quaint area of local artists is located a short drive away. Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain National Park are close by.

Owners Patrick and Sue are delightful and friendly hosts who treat you as a guest in a private home. Patrick is most helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions and show information. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the owners seemed to have anticipated our every need. The breakfasts each morning are outstanding. Mouthwatering snacks/desserts await you each evening. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day. A large living room has two comfortable seating areas. One surrounds a fireplace and the other a television. A conference room contains a video/DVD library and a computer for use to check email. The property also has two fish ponds and walking trails.

We took advantage of a winter special. By donating two DVDs to their library, we received 20% off of our bill. We also purchased a gift certificate stay this past Christmas for a family member which made a wonderful gift. This was our 4th stay at the Berry Springs Lodge and we will continue to come back again and again in the future.



My husband and I were looking for a little getaway for our 2nd Anniversary and I just happen to find this Bed and Breakfast online. We were so pleased with our stay! We stayed for three nights and wanted to stay longer because it was so relaxing and the view was beautiful! Patrick and Sue are great innkeepers and very helpful! We will defintely be coming back!!
