We visited Cades Cove during our first trip to the area back in April. It was wonderful and not too crowded.
I would expect a lot more traffic in the Summer so may avoid it.
However, while there, I did go over to the horseback, carriage rides, and hayride section that is off to the side before entering the loop.
Has anyone ever used them or have an reviews on a visit there instead of driving the loop?
