Opening Week Question?

Hey all, and webmaster, its been a while. Ok, so you know we had a great time last April, so we just booked again for next April. Now last year, our spring break week happened to be Grand Opening Week, so we got to the see the parade. Now, I called Dollywood, because I know last year the park was opened before "Grand Opening Week" and the parade. They can't tell me when the park will be opened, but on one of threads here regarding the new ride, they said the Dolly Parade will be April 7, so we will miss that, cause we're leaving that day, but does anyone know if the park always opens before the parade? Secondly, do they change the themes? Like last year when we went it was International, do they do that every year around opening time, or do they switch it around. Thanks Linda

They have been having the Festival of Nations for three or fours years now. I think that they plan to continue having it in the future. They just change the countries that are there and the things that they do.
